SALES ASSOCIATE – Russian Speaker

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing the highest level of client care. This individual will handle all aspects of order management, with a focus on providing sales and customer service to clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize offline sales within your assigned region and handle customer needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service support.
  • Manage verification of orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Resolve order-related issues by liaising between client and internal/external groups (warehouse/logistic/repairs).
  • Reply on product and transaction related inquiries.
  • Support QA and share product and website related client feedback.
  • Assist with various operational tasks.
  • Identify opportunities and participate in the development of functional and service enhancements in order to maximize sales.

 Job Requirements

  • University, commercial degree or similar.
  • Outstanding luxury selling behaviors, listening and responding to customer needs to deliver service.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in Account Management or Customer service, preferably in a luxury fashion industry.
  • Fluent English and Russian, preferably knowledge in another foreign language, German is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the design team in the collection development
  • Develop styles based on the target audience
  • Creating trend mood boards and collection collages
  • Conducting trend research and market analysis
  • Applying Adobe Illustrator and PLM (Training)

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the creative development and development of several product groups with creation of color and trend concepts in the field of clothing.
  • Co-design of 2 market-oriented collections, elaboration of collection themes, trend and market analysis.
  • Design drafts, choice of materials, fit fitting from the first technical sketch to production maturity.
  • Accompanying the entire product development process from the first technical sketch to production maturity, creation of worksheets and collection documents.

 Job Requirements

  • Successfully completed a degree in fashion design.
  • Several years of professional experience as a designer (m / f) in the field of clothing, leadership experience.
  • Good sense for fashion and trends as well as high creativity and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
