The Max Macchina Cyberstore is very secure  we guarantee it!

Not a single one of our customers has reported problems with her/his credit card and there has never been privacy problems with sensitive data.

We want you to feel totally comfortable when shopping on the internet and we can guarantee you, that your data is treated confidentially and securely and that under no circumstances is your information passed onto third parties  never!

Before any information (address, credit card details . . .) is transferred to us it is encoded by a secure server so that no one except for your contact person and the webmaster are able to see it.

The Shopping Basket enables you to shop conveniently at Max Macchina Cyberstore. You have the opportunity to explore the full Max Macchina Collection and to put the products you would like to order into your shopping basket.

As soon as you put an article into your shopping basket, you will see the content of your basket on top of the right navigation bar on every page in our cyberstore. You can change the quantity or remove products from the shopping basket at any time.

When you have finished your online shopping, just go to checkout. If you receive an error message at this point, this is an indication that secure transmissions (HTTPS) aren´t allowed in your company network or that security settings on your computer might be wrong. You can also choose to use the standard server (HTTP), but then please do not enter credit card details as they would be transferred unencrypted on the internet.

On the checkout page you can enter your address and payment method as well as additional informations like the delivery address, comments, coupons and so on. If you have a login to our customer centre, you can use your login so that you do not need to re-enter all your personal informations. If you have chosen a permanent login, this happens automatically.
After submitting the order details, you should receive an order confirmation within a couple of hours. The reason for this delay is that all orders are manually checked by our team to make sure that the ordered products and accessories are compatible and no products are sold out.

If you want to use pre-payment as payment method, please wait for our order confirmation email before transferring the money. The email contains all bank details as well as the reference information of your order so that everything can be processed as fast as possible.

Minutes after the goods have left our warehouse you will receive an email and/or text message informing you about the shipment of your order.

Your order can be shipped in several different ways:

If your order is shipped with DHL, you can track your parcel(s) with the www.dhl.de/sendungsverfolgung/

Enter your 12 digit German (DHL) parcel number starting -166, this can be found in your customer login centre or your confirmation of shipment. You may find in some European countries that a matchcode will be issued upon
arrival in the country of destination. This information is also available in the above DHL link.

If your order is shipped with UPS you can track your parcel(s) at www.ups.com with the tracking number shown in your customer login centre or your confirmation of shipment(1Z****************)

Please note that your tracking number will not be shown until approximately 24 hours after shipment.

For deliveries from Germany to countries outside the European Union customs or import charges are to be paid upon arrival of the shipment in the country of destination.

This is over and above the standard import duties. Charges for customs clearance (and its handling, e.g. by a forwarding agency) have to be paid for by the customer. We do not have any influence on these charges and cannot predict the amount. The customs regulations are very different from country to country.

If you would like to get more informations about this please contact your local customs office. Please note that you, as an importer, have to adhere to the regulations of the country in question.

There are several ways you can pay for your internet order:

Credit card:
During the payment process you can choose the type of credit card (we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Eurocard and Diners) and we will charge the respective amount from your credit card at the time of shipment.

Please note that, unfortunately, we cannot accept Maestro, Switch or Laser cards. Nor can we accept cards that are not registered in the EU.

When paying by credit card please always use our Secure Server which transfers encoded data.

Please note that we can only trade and invoice in Euros and our invoices will reflect the exchange rate of the day at www.oanda.com. Your credit card company may charge you a different exchange rate and sometimes banks from the UK take a small commission charge for Pound to Euro conversions.

Please check with your card company or bank if in doubt.

If your order is large and it is your first order with us we may request proof of the card details  for your saftey as well as ours!

PayPal:
PayPal is now an available method of payment at Max Macchina Cyberstore. It´s quick, easy and safe! If you haven´t got an account with Paypal already you can set it up on www.paypal.com. The procedure is very simple!

Enter your PayPal Login and Password details when you´re ready to complete your order and confirm the total amount. Like credit card payments we will only charge your PayPal account shortly before we shipment of your order. For data protection reasons it is only possible to make a PayPal payment online.

Should the total of your order exceed the initial amount you were shown online when making your order (due to extra shipping charges or higher VAT rates in your delivery destination), it´s possible to make an extra payment with PayPal. The Max Macchina staff can give you further information on this topic, if you send us your order confirmation via email.

Amazon Pay:
Paying by Amazon Pay allows you to use the address and payment details already saved on your Amazon Account to quickly and safely complete your Max Macchina purchase.

It’s not possible for us to ship orders to Amazon Lockers.

Bank transfer:
You can make a SEPA transfer directly from your account holding bank. They will ask you for our IBAN and Swift/BIC Code. All these informations can be found on this website and we will also provide those details in your order confirmation to you.

Some banks will apply a charge to transfer money across to us here in Germany, so please check before.

An international bank transfer takes usually 2-4 working days to arrive but you’ll get notice from your bank once the transfer has arrived.

Of course you can!

We are always delighted when internet-customers visit us personally and it gives us the chance to meet up face to face. Our shop is packed with all the latest gear and it is certainly worth a visit!

Please use the space for comments on the website to inform us that you would like to pick up your stuff personally. We will then let you when your order is ready.

Before heading to us please double check that everything is available.

Please note that if you come from EU-countries you will be required to pay the German VAT rate instead of your local tax.

This depends very much on the products, but 80% of our orders are processed the same day and shipped within 24 hours.

The indication of the product availability on our product pages and in many product lists is an important clue. If items are available and in stock, we can usually send them immediately, all other delivery times are confirmed delivery times from our suppliers, this means if the delivery status shows ´2-3 days´, the product should arrive in our warehouse within 2-3 days.

In very few cases we are let down by our suppliers and therefore cannot meet the given date. We understand that this can be frustrating but we are carefully selecting the availability information we publish and try very hard to always show the correct dates.

If you wish to make use of the 30 Days Money Back because you simply dont like the product, you will need to bear the costs of returning the goods yourself (please ship only with original packaging wrapped securely in brown wrapping paper.)

Max Macchina will only cover the return costs during the first 30 days when there is a complaint or the return can be attributed to a problem or misunderstanding.

In most cases it is not possible to send the parcel free of charge, but we will credit you for the shipping costs. Please note that we cannot cover the cost of express or courier service, only normal economy shipment.

We ask you to please contact us prior to sending the parcel back to make sure you send it with the most cost effective option  in some cases we can arrange a collection for you.

Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of customised products.
